IA

Today I got some extra quads of a IA. She was four years old and great to work with. We were not able to do x-rays. She had a difficult time biting down on them...but she had a really good attitude. Anyway, I am finishing my class 3 this Wednesday (only 2 quads) and then I am done with all my requirements. I am pushing toward an "A" now. I only have one more PE left (Area Specific) so I hope to pass that off on Wednesday as well.

Class 5

Today I finished a class 5 patient which makes me very happy. She was a woman in her late 70's and was very nice to work with. At her first appt she had a difficult time with the ultrasonic and the amount of water. So, this appt I lowered her and brought the back of the chair up. This proved to be very effective because she wasn't choking on the water like at her last appt. I was also able to pass off my PSR PE today. I now only have one more PE left, Area-Specific Scaling. I look forward to completing my last PE of the semester!

Quads

I am doing really well with getting all my required quads completed and managing to find extra quads. I should be able to get an "A" in Clinic. Luckily, I have not had to try too hard to find my requirements. They just came to me. I feel bad for my classmates who are struggleing to find the required amount of quads they need to pass the class. I know I would be frustrated too if I was threatened with having to complete my requirements with the first years next semester.
